New Framework for Evaluating/Selecting Goals

I'm an Innovation Manager (Wonder and Invention Working Genius), I am comfortable setting goals that are not achievable, realistic, or even fully formed from the start. However, my satisfaction is fully realized when I meet the purpose of contributing to the success of the organization and others. This Scorecard helps me align Autonomy and Purpose.

Provided Great Perspective!

Though I feel confident in my own goal setting, the provided sheet was beneficial! I could really break down the "why" of my goal and have better sight of that. Great course overall!
