CSPO Course Prereqs

Welcome to the online component of your Humanizing Work CSPO course! Most CSPOs spend a large portion of the time covering the basics of Scrum and Agile. Which is great, but the Product Owner job goes well beyond that. This prereq material covers the basics of Complexity, Agile, and Scrum, so that when we meet in the workshop we can focus on the skills POs need to succeed in their role. If you're already familiar with Cynefin, Agile Values & Principles, and how Scrum is intended to work, you'll be able to cruise through the content pretty quickly. If not, you'll get a firm foundation on which to build in the workshop. You never loose access to this course, so you can review it at any time in the future. The course also gets you working in our favorite online collaboration tool, Miro, which we will use extensively during the workshop. It's important that you complete these prior to the workshop so we're ready to dive into how these concepts apply in making work more impactful and effortless! Each lesson and quiz has a button for you to provide feedback in case anything is confusing or doesn't work for some reason. Let us know if that happens, we jump right on those notifications.

Crisp, clear and to the point!

Well organized, excellent videos, I love how the anti-patterns are called out in the quizzes. It is just a great way to learn, re-learn some of the core concepts. I love how the videos are well-paced and of high quality.

Great start

A great intro/overview of Agile and Scrum thought and processes. Great context and also deeper coverage of more important details. It is a ton of great info in a short amount of time, so plan on spending a little extra time digesting as you go for maximum impact.

System Issues but very informative.

For a person that use to only having the Waterfall process being used when developing, I sure like learning this process better. A lot to learn terminology wise, but I can see that is would making my life a lot easier when developing the products that are used by myself and my Retail teams.

Good Primer for CSPO Training

The instructions said this course would take an hour and 1/2 - allocate 3 hours at least b/c you may want to retake some quizzes if you get items incorrect, just to make sure you understand the concepts.
